SEKOVision Update: Opportunity Changes
The Opportunity entry screen for SEKOVision has been updated for improved usability. Entry fields are now reformatted in a more logical order with the required fields closer together and in boldface. We have also established a fixed tab order, so data entry will be faster and easier.
- The most important addition is the ability to identify the top 5 lanes by choosing from hundreds of airports using drop down menus for Origin and Destination. This will give us the ability to run lane analysis that provides the information necessary to leverage our costs with carriers. Our goal is to obtain global contracts that will decrease our overall costs and increase margins.
- We also changed the Potential Freight Spend field to read Potential Annual Gross Revenue.
Below is a list of changes made to the existing fields within SEKOVision:
- Mode of Transport has been re-named, Service Requested, and now includes additional services such as:
- Home Delivery
- International and Domestic Air
- Trans-border
- FCL & LCL
- The Competitor and Incumbent free type fields have been changed to company drop down menus.
- The Probability field is now a free type field so you can designate the likelihood of obtaining business.
- New entry fields:
- Freight on Dock field with 30, 60, 90 and 120+ [day] options
- Final Outcome field with Win, Loss or Pending options
- Status field with Active, Win, Loss or Inactive options
- Sales Stages have been simplified to include 4 options:
- Prospecting – you are currently gathering data on the customer
- Pending – waiting for a customers response
- Promised – customer has made a commitment to do business
- Producing – revenue is currently streaming in
General enhancements include:
- Improved control over Paging on list views – this eliminates the additional scrolling required to proceed to the next page
- When scheduling a Call or a Meeting, the page no longer refreshes after each entry for date and time, which reduces the time required for data entry
We are continuously striving to make SEKOVision faster, easier and more appealing to use. If you would like to learn more about SEKOVision and how to use it to its utmost potential, please contact the Sales & Marketing Department at: sales@sekoworldwide.com.
